Schedule Adherence Reporting

Schedule Adherence enables managers to monitor how closely employees follow assigned work schedules, helping identify late starts, early finishes, and attendance patterns.

Key Capabilities

  1. Tracks expected vs. actual working hours
  2. Identifies late logins and early logouts
  3. Supports individual users and groups
  4. Automatic variance calculation
  5. Visual variance chart for quick insights

Configuration & Access

Here are the different configuration options with Schedule Adherence: 

1. You can find Configurations under BrowseReporter → Dashboard → Utilization → Configuration


2. Supports fixed schedules or flexible working hours.

3. Default expected hours are configurable per user or group


Dashboard & Reporting

The dashboard is accessible from Utilization Dashboard → Schedule Adherence.
The dashboard data displays expected start/end times, actual hours, and variance


The variance column highlights under- or over-time at a glance


As part of the schedule adherence addition it includes a dedicated Schedule Adherence report based on Active Time data. 

This report is located under BrowseReporter → Manage → Run Report → Report Type Dropdown
