Reporting Web Console errors with the inspect elements details

Sometimes during your install, upgrade or configuration of the CurrentWare Web Console there can be obvious issues that are not visible at first glance. You can help us diagnose the issue(s) by using your browsers inspect tool by following these steps:

  1. Open the browser that you use the CurrentWare Console from
  2. Right-click the page anywhere or press the F12 key on your keyboard. Choose Inspect (Chrome) or the Inspect Element option (various other browsers)
  3. In the right-hand side menu that opens – click on the Console tab
  4. Try to reload or login once again so the error happens
  5. There should be some errors that show up under the Console tab
  6. Take a screenshot or snip of the errors with the Print Screen (PrtSc) key and provide it to the support team at support@currentware.com
  7. Alternatively you can use the KB for common error codes such as:
