Schedule CurrentWare Server Restart to Troubleshoot Issues

Schedule CurrentWare Server Restart to Troubleshoot Issues

If you are having issues with CurrentWare, restarting the CurrentWare Server service will ensure stability in communication between the CurrentWare server and clients.

We recommend also setting CurrentWare server restart schedule for every 12 hours.

To set your server to restart:

  1. Choose Settings from the left-hand side
  2. Go to Server Settings
  3. Check the option to Restart CurrentWare Server and enter the time.

Restarting the CurrentWare server is used to mediate network related issues. Such examples of issues include weak client connections and CurrentWare policies not updating on the client-side.

If issues still persist after restarting the CurrentWare server, please contact our technical support team at support@currentware.com and send us your log files.
