The Alerts Dashboard in CurrentWare provides a centralized view for monitoring user activity risks from AccessPatrol (device and file control) and BrowseReporter (user activity monitoring). This feature enhances your ability to take proactive action based on high-risk behaviors in real time.
Total number of alerts triggered for the selected date.
Includes all alert types from AccessPatrol and BrowseReporter.
Tracks file operations (e.g., file uploads) and device events (e.g., unauthorized USB use).
Useful for detecting data exfiltration or policy violations.
Captures user activity alerts such as:
Inactivity (e.g., idle time)
Web browsing violations based on URLs or Categories
Application usage
Login events
This visual component shows users with the highest Risk Scores, helping admins prioritize investigations.
Risk Score is calculated by summing the severity levels of all triggered alerts:
Severity is scaled from 0-10 and is manually added during the alert creation
Hovering over a user reveals a breakdown of their risk score by alert severity.
Use the date selector to view alert data for a specific day.
Useful for daily reviews or incident investigations.
The Alert History Log at the bottom provides full details of each alert:

User or Device
Alert Name
Alert Type (File, Idle, URL, etc.)
Details – Contextual information about the event

You can refine the alert log using filters for:
