Troubleshooting Tools for CurrentWare Clients

Client Restart Schedule

Restart the CurrentWare Client periodically to prevent potential issues caused by app crashes or hangs. This feature is enabled by default. If your organization's end-user computers are set to shut down daily, you may disable this option. However, for computers that remain turned on 24/7, it's recommended to keep this option running.

Log AV vendor in client log (cwClient.log)

Log your AV vendor in the log file to help identify potential conflicts during any troubleshooting session with our support team. This option is disabled by default.

Browser Trackers

Choose between two browser trackers to track your end user’s website activities. If your users complain about browser slowness, switch to the lightweight tracker for optimized performance. See this article for more details.
