BrowseReporter Browser Trackers

BrowseReporter Browser Trackers

Under Tools > Troubleshooting, you can choose between two browser trackers to track your end user’s website activities. If your users complain about browser slowness, switch to the lightweight tracker for optimized performance.

  1. Standard Tracker: tracks browser activities using the original tracking method with the most browser compatibility. This is the default option.
  2. Lightweight Tracker: tracks browser activities with improved & faster performance but browser compatibility is limited to specific versions.
Use the Lightweight tracker to improve the browser performance for your end users
