My computer is not showing up on CurrentWare after the installation?

There are a few possible causes that will prevent your CurrentWare client from connecting to the CurrentWare Console.

  1. You did not apply your licenses to your new computers.
  2. Your Client is connected to an invalid IP address or Computer name. (See Section 3 in the linked Article - Your cwClient is connected to an invalid IP address or Computer name)
  3. Your Firewall is blocking the client connection
  4. Your antivirus software flagged and corrupted the installation
