After you have purchased AccessPatrol, BrowseControl, BrowseReporter, or enPowerManager from CurrentWare, you will receive an email from our licensing department containing your license key information, which includes the following fields:
Organization’s Name
Number of Licenses
License Key
Important Note:
The
transition from an older version of CurrentWare to a newer one is
smooth as the key remains valid and there’s no need for users to
re-register.
It’s important to note that subscription keys are
specific to each version at the time you register your licenses and will
only function with that version. For example, v8.0 subscription keys
can only be used with v8.0 and v7.0 subscription keys can only be used
with v7.0. They are not compatible with other versions.
To register your license key, follow the steps below:
Launch the CurrentWare Web Console.
Go to Settings > Licensing.
For v10.0.0 or newer:
Copy your License key from the licensing email sent to you.
NOTE: This must be EXACTLY as shown in the email as these fields are case sensitive.
For v9.0.2 or older:
Copy your Organization’s name, number of licenses and Activation Code from the licensing email sent to you.
NOTE:These must be EXACTLY as shown in the email as these fields are case sensitive.
From the Solutions drop-down box, select the Solution.
Click on the Register Button.
Your CurrentWare Console has now been registered.
Click on License Computers tabto manage the computers you want to apply the license keys to.
