By far the simplest way to install CurrentWare. This is the most ideal deployment option for small to medium size companies where your entire workforce is connected in a LAN within your company’s network.
Follow the quick start guide to learn how to set up CurrentWare on premises.
With remote workforce on the rise, many companies are allowing their workers to work from home. The CurrentWare Clients are capable of connecting over the Internet using a public IP address to communicate with the CurrentWare Server.
To set this up, you will need access to your network’s router & firewall settings to add port forwarding rules to allow external traffic to talk to the CurrentWare Server through specific ports.
Once the port forwarding rules are set, find the public IP address of your company network or hostname and use it to deploy your CurrentWare Clients.
Hosting CurrentWare on a private cloud such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud will give you the benefits of cost saving and increased scalability. Configure and manage all your clients from a centralized cloud location.
The setup is very simple. After you create your virtual instance on the cloud, the setup steps are the same as the on-premises and remote worker deployment options.
