Update the console.currentware.app certificate

  1. Download the updated console.currentware.app certificate from https://www.currentware.com/downloads/files/console.currentware.app.zip
  2. Go to start menu > type in mmc > Launch mmc.exe
  3. Go to File > Add/remove snap-in > Certificates 
  4. Select Computer account
  5. Select Local Computer.

  1. Open Certificates > Personal > Certificates
  2. Right click on console.currentware.app and delete the existing certificate.

  1. Copy the console.currentware.app.pfx to \Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\cwServer folder and overwrite the existing certificate
  2. Go to the Start menu and type in Services.msc. 
  3. Under Services, look for the CurrentWare Server Helper > right click on it and select Restart.

  1. Go back to the MMC console > Personal > Certificates. The new certificate should appear on the list. 
  2. Go to the Start menu > type in IIS and launch the Information Internet Service window. 
  3. Edit the Bindings for RestAPI 
  4. Select the updated console.currentware.app SSL certificate from the list. 
  5. Edit the Bindings for Web Console
  6. Select the updated console.currentware.app SSL certificate from the list.

  1. Restart IIS by right clicking on your site and select stop. Right click on it again and select Start.
