Reset winsock layers to fix Internet loss issues

If you are unable to access any websites after installing BrowseControl on your client computers please conduct the recommended steps below to reset your network layers

Reset the Network Winsock Layers

  1. Go to Start Menu > type in CMD
  2. In the search bar > right-click on it and select Run as Administrator
  3. Type in the following command
    Netsh Winsock Reset
  4. Restart the computer
