How to recover your CurrentWare Console password

During the CurrentWare installation or upgrade process you are prompted to create an operator account and password. The user information is encrypted and stored on your local database.


If you have forgotten your account information the CurrentWare Support team would be happy to help you retrieve your details.

Contact the CurrentWare Support team by email and we will send you a password protected utility to recover your operator account and password. With this it will help you recover your username and password. Usual response times are within 1 business day.
