How to Change the Server Timezone in CurrentWare Cloud

How to Change the Server Timezone in CurrentWare Cloud

Estimated time: 2 minutes

Overview The Server Timezone setting controls how timestamps appear across your CurrentWare Cloud console. If your data is showing times that don't match your local time, updating this setting will correct it. Client side data is always shown based off the time zone captured on the local machine(s).

Step 1: Open Your Profile Menu

In the bottom-left corner of the console, click your name or profile icon to open the account menu.

Step 2: Go to Organization Settings

From the menu that appears, click Organization.

Step 3: Find the Server Timezone Section

Scroll down the Organization settings page until you see the Server Timezone section. The current timezone will be displayed in the dropdown. Click Edit.

Step 4: Select Your Timezone

Click the Timezone dropdown and select the timezone that matches your organization's location.

Notes
If your organization spans multiple time zones, set this to the timezone where your primary IT team or server infrastructure is located.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply the new timezone. Your console timestamps will now display timestamps in the selected timezone.

✅ Done! Your server timezone has been updated. If timestamps still look incorrect after saving, try clearing your cache and refreshing your browser. For further assistance, contact our support team.
