How to find your CurrentWare Version

This article will help you quickly identify your Currentware version. You may need this information for the Support team. Otherwise, it can help you to verify if you are up-to-date.

When providing the version to support for any reason, make sure to include all the numbers (ie 10.0.0).

Using Currentware Server Manager (CWSM)

  1. In the start menu on the Currentware Server search for CWSM

  2. Launch CWSM, your server version will be in the lower left corner as shown below. 

Using the Currentware Web Console

  1. Open the CurrentWare web console and log in.
  2. Click any CurrentWare solution you are licensed for.
  3. Along the top ribbon bar you should see the version labeled as vX.X.X | Solution name |…

Here you can see the version is v9.0.2

Depending on what version you are on, you can also check under Help > About and see the version number here as well, and upgrade if needed
