Client Database Concurrent Writes
If the CurrentWare client is installed on a computer with many concurrent users (for example on a Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services computer), there may be a higher volume of activity on the client database. The client stores policies and tracked activity data on a single database, and when there is a high number of users with high activity the database writes need to be managed differently to remain organized.
Under Tools > Troubleshooting > Client > Client Database, you can specify the usage of a database write lock mechanism to improve the reliability of activity tracking during high-traffic periods. This may have a small performance impact due to the extra processing.
